I have worked with Jenni Brown of JJB Office Services for nearly 17 years, employing her as an individual operator and as a departmental manager. Her work for me has ranged from simple data entry tasks, through the co-ordination of administrative and training projects to the management of some 15 clerical and administrative staff. These roles often required a high degree of confidentiality and encompassed many disciplines, notably: personnel management, records and allowances; auditing, client relationships, quality and training management. I met Jennifer in mid 2015 whilst working with her at Sparkling Bright as an Area/Regional Operations Manager. Her work, and the level of support she provided were always of an exceptional standard. Tasks were always ready before you asked for them. If you asked for information, support documents or resources, they were always ready and accurate. Without her unfaltering support and reliability I would have found it almost impossible to manage over 280 sites. I relied heavily on her business understanding and forward thinking in order to carry out my role. When she left Sparkling Bright I soon followed. Without her my role became virtually impossible to complete to the high standard I set myself. She has remained a close friend to whom I know I can go for advice and support. To this day I rely on her business knowledge.
Jenni Brown has worked for our organisation for ten months, firstly in the capacity of an Administrator and then undertaking a challenging project involving the scanning of the records from paper files to electronic format. Jenni has been very committed to the successful outcome of this project.
The quality of administration service that Jenni delivers really does matter to her. She provides an excellent service and adds real value to the business. Jenni also thinks outside the box – she does not only deliver what has been agreed but identifies ways in which the team or Jenni herself can improve performance.
